IN4SIT Application Design
Problem Statement:
IN4SIT mobile website has an unoptimized mobile site due to lagging upon page refreshes. Additionally, the poor and perfunctory UI design has displayed a clear clash of user vs admin's mental model, and has caused cognitive friction, cognitive dissonance and cognitive load among users.
Solution:
Our team has designed a new mobile app for IN4SIT, overhauling the previous corporate UI design for a more user-friendly visual aesthetic. Our new design captures the core essence of the IN4SIT website - Simplicity. It retains all its previous capabilities, but has been rearranged to allow access to administrative pages conveniently, streamline navigation and layout for more effective and smooth UX, and achieve harmonious aesthetics to reduce cognitive load of users.
